Bituminous insulation from professionals: The process of work

During the bitumen insulation works, the first step is to thoroughly clean the roof surface with high-pressure cleaning equipment, removing dirt, algae and other deposits. After that, drip plates are placed to ensure proper water drainage.

After preparing the roof, we apply a deep primer layer using a unique technology, which strengthens the surface and promotes the adhesion of the insulating material.

The insulation is performed by melting with a gas flame, which permanently fixes the bitumen insulation material. For this, we use patterned Villas roof shingles, which offer an aesthetic and durable solution.

During the work process, we also install vents to ensure adequate air flow, and then proceed in 30 square meter insulation units, paying attention to the thorough insulation of the roof openings and edges.

In addition, if required, we undertake the renovation of the chimney, painting works, tinning of the building, as well as the sewerage, so that the roof and other parts of the building are in a perfectly renovated state.
