Insulation of internal side walls with polyurethane foam

Three-in-one insulation. Foam provides thermal, acoustic and waterproofing in one step. It can be used on brick, plaster, wood, sheet metal or even drywall.

Seamless, breathable system. The insulation is seamless and completely closed, so there are no thermal bridges or air movement, but at the same time, moisture passes through it, and the building remains ventilated.

It is also suitable for special shapes. Insulating curved, articulated or difficult-to-access wall sections can also be easily done, where this would be difficult with other materials.

Durable and cleanable surface. Polyurethane foam is an extremely strong thermal insulator, and the finished layer can even be cleaned with a high-pressure washer.

For both internal and external side walls. In lightweight houses, internal side wall insulation with expanded foam is common, while in the case of facade side walls, our company also performs external insulation.

Aesthetic sealing of interior walls. After insulating the interior side walls, it is recommended to cover them with plasterboard if you want a visible surface.

Facade insulation

Effective. Sprayed polyurethane foam provides thermal, acoustic and waterproofing at the same time. It is joint-free and seamless, so there is no heat loss or air movement.

On every surface. It adheres reliably to plastered or unplastered facade walls – whether brick, fine plaster, Ytong, sheet metal, wood or steel.

Durable, resistant. Closed-cell foam forms a solid, hard surface that is stronger and more durable than traditional facade insulation.

UV protection. For outdoor use, the foam is provided with a UV-resistant coating. If the wall is later plastered, tiled or covered with a pre-wall, the UV protection can be omitted.

It is also excellent for special walls. Expanded foam insulation is also ideal for curved, complex-shaped facades, where other materials cannot provide a perfect seal.

Base insulation

One of the biggest advantages of expanded foam for baseboard insulation is its complete waterproofing. It provides reliable protection against ground moisture, precipitation and splashing water, thus preventing the lower parts of the building from getting wet.

Long-term solution even underground

The foam baseboard waterproofing offers a durable solution for underground use. The insulating layer does not fall apart or rot, so it retains its effectiveness for many years even on wall sections in contact with the ground.

Mold and mildew protection

Polyurethane foam does not grow mold or mildew. This is especially important for baseboard insulation, where moisture often causes the growth of microorganisms that are harmful to health.

Fast, efficient execution

Thanks to the spray technology, the foam can be quickly applied to the baseboard, even in hard-to-reach places. The work process does not require any special preparation, so complete insulation can be completed in a short time.

Perfect for uneven surfaces

The foam also adheres perfectly to uneven or rough surfaces, such as natural stone or unplastered masonry. The seamless, jointless sealing layer ensures that the baseboard insulation works uniformly and effectively everywhere.
