Limitations of traditional hall insulation
Many people still use uninsulated trapezoidal sheet metal as roofs or side walls. Lightweight buildings can cause thermal bridges, condensation and water ingress. Traditional hall insulation is complicated and often only provides a partial solution.
Hall insulation with polyurethane foam: simple and effective
The foam adheres to all surfaces, fills gaps, and seals airtight. No complicated layering or special fixings are required. An excellent solution for trapezoidal sheet metal and corrugated slate – form-fitting and durable.
Cost reduction and lasting protection
It provides a waterproof layer from a thickness of just 3 cm. Reduces heating and cooling costs and meliminates problems caused by condensation.

Progress
In the case of industrial properties, the time factor is of paramount importance. Insulation is an extremely fast process: under the right conditions, we can insulate up to 1000 m² per day. The building is out of production for only a minimal amount of time.
Covering
During spraying, small particles may land on uncovered machines, products and landmarks, so it is recommended to cover all sensitive surfaces. It is the customer's responsibility to provide coverage, but we can also help with this if required.
Height
With our own scaffolding system, we can work safely up to a height of 7.5 meters.
To insulate a hall higher than this, we need to rent a scaffold or a personnel lift,
Placemat
In the case of corrugated slate or trapezoidal sheet, more material is required to cover the wavy surface than on a flat receiving surface. In this case, we provide a quote based on the actual, “spread out size”. The spread multiplier for corrugated slate and trapezoidal sheet is on average +15%.
