Ceiling and underground garage insulation
The insulation of the floors that cool from below is extremely important, since the ceiling insulation stops the draft and solves the problems caused by the cold floor. Garage insulation, basement insulation with PU foam: you will feel the difference!

Slab insulation cooling from below, ceiling insulation
In the case of slabs that cool from below, ceiling insulation is essential, especially if there are unheated rooms under the building – such as a basement or garage. One of the most effective ways to insulate a basement and garage is closed-cell expanded foam, which significantly reduces heat loss and heating costs.
Excellent thermal insulation
Closed-cell PU foam has a more favorable Lambda value than traditional insulation materials. This means that a smaller layer thickness is sufficient to achieve the desired thermal insulation. This is especially beneficial in places with low interior heights – such as garage or basement ceilings.
100% waterproofing and condensation prevention
Closed-cell foam prevents condensation from forming. This prevents the building from getting wet from below and prevents mold or musty odors from appearing on the upper floors.
Seamless, form-fitting, durable
The foam adheres well to all surfaces – whether wood or concrete. There are no gaps or joints where the cold can get in. Sprayed foam does not shrink, move, or slide off the ceiling. It retains its thermal insulation properties for decades, thus providing a long-term economical and safe solution.
Scattered PU foam parking garage insulation
Closed-cell sprayed polyurethane foam is an ideal solution for garage insulation - especially for underground garages - as it provides excellent thermal insulation, waterproofing and quick installation.
Maintaining internal height
Expanded foam provides effective thermal insulation even with a smaller layer thickness, so it does not significantly reduce the interior height of the garage. This is especially important for underground garages or when space is limited.
Preventing condensation
The insulation prevents condensation on the ceiling. There is no water dripping onto the cars, preventing mold and corrosion.
Fast execution
Closed-cell foam can cover up to 1000 m² of surface area per day. The insulation is completed in a short time, so there is minimal downtime and downtime – no need to make the garage or basement unusable for days.
Durability, dimensional stability
The expanded foam does not shrink, does not peel off from the ceiling and retains its thermal insulation properties over the long term. It is an ideal choice even in areas subject to intensive use.
Problems with traditional ceiling insulation
Traditional insulation of ceilings or cold floors has several disadvantages – especially when insulating a garage or basement.
Lack of gap-freeness
It is not possible to create a perfectly sealed, gap-free layer with board insulation materials. Gaps always remain along lights, pipes, wires and uneven surfaces.
Thermal bridges and cracks
Due to the natural movement of the building, rigid insulation can crack and separate from the ceiling. This results in thermal bridges, heat loss and reduced comfort.
Dampness and mold
Traditional materials tend to absorb moisture. Condensation can cause water to drip from the ceiling, mold, and musty odors, making basement or garage insulation ineffective.
Cold floor in the apartment
Without proper ceiling insulation, the floor of the living space above the unheated space can be extremely cold. This significantly reduces the feeling of warmth and increases the heating bill.
Time-consuming and problematic implementation
Insulation boards are slow to install, often difficult to install, and do not provide adequate waterproofing or sound insulation.
Excessive thickness
The same thermal insulation performance requires much thicker traditional material, which reduces the interior height and in many cases does not fit.
