Tank insulation
Dispersed purfoam is the perfect solution for insulating specially shaped surfaces, common uses are tank insulation, pipe insulation, container insulation. This technology not only provides thermal insulation, but also provides effective protection against corrosion. Insulating the tank with foam is an excellent choice, as the insulating layer follows the shape of the tank exactly, is completely solid and has no gaps. This also allows the containers to be placed underground without water absorption or mold in the polyurethane material. Proper tank insulation results in significant cost savings for the user and protects the tank in the long term.
Mobile garage insulation
Foam mobile garage insulation offers many advantages, all of which contribute to the long-term protection of the garage and the maintenance of a comfortable environment. First of all, it provides excellent thermal insulation, thus preventing heat loss in winter and helping to keep the garage cool in the summer months. In addition, thanks to the water-repellent properties of foam, it effectively protects the garage from precipitation and moisture. Condensation problems are solved, dripping moisture will no longer be an annoying problem. The insulation also provides static reinforcement to the lightweight garage, foam strengthens the walls, increases the stability of the structure, thus enhancing the durability and resistance of the mobile garage. The application of the insulation is extremely quick and easy, the insulation of the mobile garage can be completed in a few hours. The insulation provides long-term protection, as foam is extremely durable, ensuring the long life and comfortable use of the garage for decades.
Container insulation
We also undertake the insulation of containers, trucks and ship hulls. In the case of external insulation, it is necessary to protect the polyurethane against the harmful effects of the sun. If there is no front wall, cover the polyurea insulation with a UV layer. This is not necessary for indoor insulation. If the container functions as a living space and aesthetics are important, it is recommended to cover the corrugated surface with a layer of plasterboard.
Even in case of minor soaking, foam is applied to the surface at least 3 cm thick. This thin layer provides adequate thermal insulation, with up to 6 cm thick cotton or EPS material, and guarantees complete waterproofing. If greater thermal insulation performance is required, we naturally recommend a thicker layer (up to 20 cm thick).

Pipe insulation
Pipe insulation using traditional methods is a time-consuming and complicated process. However, closed-cell foam offers an excellent alternative for effective, gap-free pipe insulation. One of its main advantages is that it has form-following properties, so it easily adapts to the size and shape of the pipe, completely filling all its gaps. This significantly reduces energy loss and the formation of thermal bridges.
Another important advantage of closed-cell foam pipe insulation is quick execution. It is ideal for use in both outdoor and indoor environments and is highly resistant to changing weather conditions, including underground placement. Thanks to this, pipe insulation can also be used in areas where traditional insulation materials would not be suitable.
This efficient and reliable insulation solution provides significant savings and reliability for building owners in the long term.
