Dispersed PU foam is ideal for insulating specially shaped surfaces. One popular use is tank insulation. With the spray technology, we not only insulate the tank, but also protect it from corrosion. Insulating the tank with foam is an unbeatable solution because the insulating layer takes the shape of the tank and is completely gap- and joint-free. The containers can even be placed underground after insulation, polyurethane does not absorb water or mold. Proper tank insulation saves the user a lot of money, or it also protects the tank.
We also undertake the insulation of containers, trucks and ship hulls. If a container is insulated from the outside, the polyurethane must be protected from the harmful effects of the sun. If the owner does not build a front wall, the insulation is closed with a polyurea UV layer. If we insulate inside, this is not necessary. If the container is used as a living space and aesthetics are important, it is recommended to cover the corrugated surface with a layer of plasterboard.
If only one soaking is to be done, apply the foam to the surface at a minimum thickness of 3 cm. This thin layer gives 6 cm of cotton thermal insulation according to vgay eps and 100% waterproofing. If thermal insulation is also important, we will of course recommend a thicker layer (the material can be used with a maximum thickness of 20 cm).
